A Different Kind of Prop: Quarantine Beer Can Yoga

We've been in quarantine for just over 3 weeks now, and as tough as this time is for all of us (I would be lying if I did not say that I have had anxiety about what is going on in our world), I know that we also need moments of reprieve and to laugh a little. That is why Common Space Brewery - a brewery where I was originally going to be holding an in-person class - and I worked together to bring you a fun yoga flow!

All you will need is a beer can and a mat - or just somewhere comfortable to practice yoga. Since Common Space Brewery has had to close their tasting room, they are taking online orders and doing next day delivery for those in the Greater Los Angeles area. They sanitize all cans before packing them up, and their delivery drivers wear gloves for extra safety. The cans will be left at your front door so that no contact needs to happen!
