I teach public classes in the Los Angeles area (listed below) or virtually on YouTube. I am also available for private and corporate classes via zoom or in person here.

9:30am Vinyasa Flow (taught be fellow instructor, Julia L.)
Wednesday:
5:30pm Yin/Yang with Elyse
Thursday:
5:30pm Yin Yoga (taught by fellow instructor Austin G.)
Friday:
10am Vinyasa Yoga with Elyse
Sunday:
9:30am Vinyasa (taught by fellow instructor Joanna Z.)
