Why the name Yoga Burpees?

What began as a fun pose challenge/name, grew into a concept all on its own. Yoga Burpees is not actually about doing a yoga burpee, it's about finding the freedom, playfulness and empowerment that can come from this yoga practice. Is the yoga for all levels?

Yes, it is! Whether you have been practicing for years or just starting, there is something for everyone!

What if I am a beginner?

Welcome! I LOVE meeting new yogis! First, please know that you can take any class; however, there is a "Getting Started" video series, as well as "How-To" videos, if you would like to start there first or simply want a little refresher. Please do not be afraid of the faster paced power or sculpt videos though. I often recommend beginners start with those difficult classes, because it does become like riding a bike, and it is incredible the muscle memory you will start to develop.

What styles of yoga can I expect?

You can mainly expect Power Yoga and Yin Yoga, but you will also see meditations, stretching and slow flow videos.

Do you offer private and/or corporate yoga?

Yes! In fact, I greatly enjoy offering private lessons and corporate yoga events, because this is a wonderful way for us to customize the practice based on your needs. To inquire about a private and/or corporate lesson, please visit here.
